File Viewer Plus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two computers within a single household, or on the number of seats specified in your purchase for commercial licenses. The software may not be redistributed, sub-licensed, or resold.
The 14-day free trial provides full access to all software features. At the end of the trial, the software will prompt you to purchase a license. No charge is applied automatically — you must actively purchase to continue using the software after the trial expires.
A one-time purchase license includes all version 6.x updates released during the two-year support period from your purchase date. An annual subscription includes updates for as long as the subscription remains active. Updates are delivered through the built-in update checker in the Help menu.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for licenses bought directly on fileviewerplus.com. Microsoft Store purchases are handled through Microsoft's standard refund process. After 30 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not use the software for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. Automated bulk processing beyond the built-in batch converter requires a separate commercial API license.
File Viewer Plus is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what applicable law requires. Sharpened Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sharpened Productions is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
